I am a dedicated IT professional with an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology and a Certificate in Cyber Technician Specialist. My technical expertise spans across Windows and Linux OS, Active Directory, network architecture, and system troubleshooting. With an A+ certification and hands-on experience in SQL database management and C++ programming, I am passionate about cybersecurity and emerging technologies, always seeking opportunities to learn and grow in these fields.

Beyond my technical skills, I value customer service and communication, having developed strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach throughout my career. Outside of work, I am a proud mother and enjoy mentally and physically staying active and healthy everyday. I also love experimenting with emerging tools like ChatGPT, using AI to streamline my everyday life and continuously improve my skills.
